Systema is a new exciting martial art that takes the best from many sources to form a comprehensive method for personal protection. I have been training and teaching martial arts for 35 years and hold black belts in Ninjutsu, Aikido, Kung Fu and a full instructorship in the Slavic combat art of Systema.

 

I have dedicated over 35 years to the study of martial arts, covering the spectrum of Chinese and Japanese systems, before making the transition to the Slavic martial art of Systema in 2001. Having been teaching Systema for over 20 years, my classes have regularly included body work and general massage as a means to relax the students after a challenging class.

 

Fusion Systema includes all aspects of striking, locks, throws, groundwork and weapons. The class is new and friendly. All levels of experience are welcome, especially beginners.
