Pilates is a low-impact exercise system, whilst still challenging, that balances strength with mobility, helps align the body, improves fine-tunes movement patterns, and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core.

The classes are relaxed and slow-paced, allowing you to focus on your specific movements at your speed, gaining benefits regardless of your fitness levels. All are welcome from beginners to experienced practitioners.
